Daryl Murray

Executive Director

Daryl Murray is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, the founder of Welcome Home Ministries and has a personal calling/vision for the Ministry. His experience includes street ministry in New York City, Youth pastor, Director of East Nashville Cooperative Ministry (largest food bank satellite for Second Harvest at the time), and Case Manager for Right Turns (a nonprofit organization that provides permanent housing for formerly homeless individuals). He has over 26 years of experience in serving the poor, and other hurting and broken individuals.

Preston Bailey

Associate Director

Preston Bailey is an alumnus of TSU. He is a recovering addict and graduate of Welcome Home Ministries. While in prison, he learned how to make dentures and partials. Upon his release, he opened his own dental lab (the second of his personally owned businesses.) He joined our staff in 2005 and has a unique connection and credibility with our participants.

Kyle Duvall

Director, Organizational Advancement

Kyle Duvall is a graduate of Belmont University (BM) and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (MCM). He has 30 years of experience in ministry in numerous churches and faith-based organizations: Worship, pastoral care and ministry outreach. He has also served as an Organizational Development Consultant (ODC) for profit and nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years. He joined our staff in 2010.

Glenda Murray

Accountant/Office Manager

Glenda Murray has an accounting degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and has been with the Ministry since it’s beginning in 1992. Her previous work experiences were all in the accounting profession.

Jan Bailey

Case Manager

Jan Bailey joined the staff of Welcome Home Ministries in 2010, after serving 10 years with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Finance Office. Jan assists with case management services, schedules appointments and counseling services for program participants, and coordinates transportation for transitional housing residents.
